Applying for funding
We welcome applications to run projects that align with the objectives of the current AHDB Pork business plan “Going For Growth” pork.ahdb.org.uk/about-ahdb-pork/ Applications are welcomed from producers, individuals or consortia, ranging from small innovation grant projects to field trials and large consortium-based research. Countryside Productivity Scheme
The RDPE Countryside Productivity Scheme provides funding for projects in England which improve productivity in the farming and forestry sectors and help create jobs and growth in the rural economy.
It is administered by the Rural Payments Agency (RPA).
Under the RDPE Countryside Productivity Scheme, there are grants for:
water resource management and reservoirs
improving forestry productivity
adding value to Agri-food
improving farm productivity
The grants are funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
2017 AHDB Postgraduate Studentship Call
The 2017 AHDB Postgraduate Studentship Call is now closed. Specific terms relating to the call and all relevant documentation for submitting proposals can be found on the AHDB website. The invitation is open to all UK universities, colleges and research institutes and we look forward to receiving your project proposals shortly.
The deadline for submission was midday on Tuesday 03 October 2017. All proposals received before the deadline will be reviewed.
All organisations will be informed of the results of the selection process by Friday 19 January 2018.
