The scheme is aimed at managers, from all agricultural sectors, who want to develop their skills and are in a position to make changes to improve the business. On completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate in First Line Management (Level 5) from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The scheme involves ten one-day training sessions held over an 18-month period. Each training session includes a networking evening the night before, with a presentation from an agricultural business leader.
