ILM Leadership Development Scheme
The Leadership and Team Skills Award is a programme of four workshops to develop (basic) team leadership skills, covering topics such as communication, setting and managing objectives, leading a team and developing as a team leader. It is aimed at individuals currently in a team leader role or looking to take on that responsibility in the future.
The course leads to an ILM Level 2 award in Leadership and Team Skills and involves the four workshops and work-based assignments, on each topic to be completed in the periods between workshops. The programme is delivered by management training specialists Cedar Associates.
Enrolling on the course also provides participants with a year's ILM membership and the qualification is awarded on successful completion of the programme and the four work based assignments.
